Global Representation Requirement

1. Board Composition:
   • The Executive Board must have members from at least two different countries at all times.
2. Nomination Guidelines:
   
   • Nominations may be limited to candidates from specific countries if needed to meet the global representation requirement.
   • The Nominations Committee will review the current board makeup and may restrict nominations from countries that are already well-represented.
3. Election Procedures:
   
   • If a country is overrepresented, nominations from that country may be suspended for the next election cycle.
   • Suspensions remain in effect until balance is restored; then nominations from that country can resume.
4. Implementation and Review:
   • The Nominations Committee will conduct an annual review of the board’s composition and adjust nomination procedures as necessary to maintain global representation.
