Early Bird Price Extension and Congress Refund Policy

To facilitate your planning to attend the congress, early bird pricing is now available through February 16th, 2024. Please remember that registration closes on April 1st, 2024.

Funds from registration will be used to plan for/cover the expenses of the conference. Thus, with the exception of extenuating circumstances that require approval of the executive WSCO board, refunds will not be provided beyond March 1, 2024.
